Only complaint I have is when the A/C turned on it would rattle or vibrate the whole time until it turned ..."

"The door doesn't fit properly. Needs weather stripping to prevent the door from rattling horribly when the downstairs door is opened and closed. I placed a doubled washcloth around the door to enable us to sleep tonight. Please repair this banging door"
