"We booked a 2 bedroom luxury apartment 24 hours before our stay we were asked for our phone number and then contacted by text to inform us that our accommodation had changed. As the rest of our trip was booked we did not have an alternative. We ended up in a studio flat in a not so nice part of town. We were also told that this was the same price but by no know means what we had booked"

"We stayed for 4 nights in June'26 as a base whilst visiting the Austrian Grand Prix. It's a lovely traditional style hotel. The rooms were plain but very nice with a balcony and and lovely modern bathroom. Whilst there was a small fridge there were no tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. There was a nice choice of evening meals. There was a reasonably sized indoor pool, saunas and great indoor and outdoor areas to sit and relax ."
