"Kind staff. We had one issue that was addressed quickly. The only other minor issue we had was that all of the other Fairfield’s we stayed at had waffles for breakfast and flavoring for the coffee. We have an Autistic son that loves waffles for breakfast, so I had to drive to restaurants in the area every morning to get breakfast and coffee. "

"I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Mobile, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and basic upkeep were not a priority. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about sanitation. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable — surfaces appeared unclean, and it did not feel like the room had been properly prepared for a new guest. To make matters worse, the refrigerator still contained drinks left behind by a previous occupant, which was both unpleasant and unprofessional. The bathroom was in poor condition as well. The walls showed peeling paint, and the floorboards throughout the room were damaged and worn. I even encountered bugs during my stay, which made the environment feel even more uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend staying at this location. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance from a Marriott property."
