The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. "Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss."
