"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of great options to choose from. I also really appreciated having convenient parking right on the property. Overall, a wonderful stay and a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is clean and stylish, the staff is courteous, the rooms are spacious and modern, and the breakfast is good. The only downside is that on hot days, the air conditioner in the kitchenette/living area doesn't cool the bedroom, and you can't open a window because the AC stops working."
