"Comfortable and clean hotel"

"Although the receptionist didn’t speak any English, between google translate and point and smiling, we were checked in early and shown around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Our room had an awkward shower/tub set up with no shower curtain, but we made the best of it. I think this is a very popular hotel as the weather warms up because there’s a popular road cycling trail and Straznice is central on that map. "Nice location, with parking. "

"For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent. "

"super "

"Hotel has great location in the city centre. Decent size room, clean bathroom, all a little bit dated. Balcony with nice view over the river Vah. Good air-conditioning. Decent size indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace. Various saunas. Excellent breakfast, Overall great value."

"Accommodation was generally clean and tidy, and staff were mainly pleasant."

"Very quiet and great breakfast!"

"Wonderful new place. Great location. Will be back"

"Very nice 3 star accommodation. Clean and modern with friendly staff. Good location for the bus and train station (about 10 minutes walk) and 15 minutes walk to the centre of the town. "

"Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language."

"Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!"

"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...
