"This is a very unique property which we enjoyed very much. We had read the the reviews so we knew that it could be loud from the city square. It was! But we were prepared. We also knew that there was no AC and it happened to be unusually hot weather. But we asked for fans and they were provided the next day. "When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of sewer, like there hadn’t been anyone in several weeks. After a few hours of running water intermittently and opening the window we could get the smell out. There was both a dishwasher and a washing machine but nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry. Hanging them on the (turned off) towel dryer in the bathroom made the clothes not dry at all in 2 days as the bathroom was always very, very humid. Fans not working, bed hard.. The owner did swap this accommodation to a nicer property but it was very stressful on the first night. "
