It was clean enough…Mattresses are awful! I didn’t sleep for two nights! Last day I noticed a mouse trap under the table where the waffles were made. I won’t choose to stay here again. However, the staff was pleasant.

Rooms felt dirty. The room my coworker was staying in had water stains on the dresser. Her sink would not drain. My sink's faucet was loose and not well secured. Upon entering the room it smelt like cheap cleaning products.

This is an older property which looks to me like they are attempting to update. They need to. I had maintenance problems which is why I downgraded the staff. The staff that I personally dealt with did what they could. Air conditioning was good, which is not always the case in much pricier hotels. Bed and pillows were also good. For me, comfortable bed in a cool room is really all I need.

Few things did not want to work, quite of few light bulbs in the room were burnt out, door key cards would not work (4) to be exact and had the desk re-issue me new ones every time, loud freaking music and stomping through out the night…. The list Can go on but I’ll leave it at that. On a positive note, the staff was great, really cool and nice people for sure… 💯

The room was clean, but the door was all scratched up - rusted toilet paper holder & dirty - bathroom tile needed grout - check in staff was friendly and helpful, but was dressed very unprofessionally. Hoodie sweatshirt with one sleeve off / a knit cap. The air-conditioning did not seem to cool the room very well. Top of the air conditioning unit had lots of scratches on it. It just looks like the renovations covered a few things to make it look “nice” but overall didn’t improve the property very much.

This hotel is poorly maintained. The toilet was not working properly, the bed frame was misaligned and a trip hazard, the wall heater was falling apart, the fire alarm went off repeatedly (as false alarms) and the "free breakfast" was nothing more than coffee and a waffle machine. There were no vending machines or gift shop with snacks at all. The hotel was clean, the shower was hot with full pressure, there was a microwave and small fridge in the room, and the availability to Miss. State. University was excellent. The nightly room charge was very reasonable and the neighbood was safe. Very basic, clean hotel but poorly maintained and with very few amenities.

The room was nothing like it was pictured on the website. We booked a king suite and the bed was definitely a queen, there was no kitchenette, the bathroom was poorly cleaned as it was dirty blonde hair all over the bathroom floor. Upon check in, we waiting nearly 15-20 minutes for the desk attendant to show up. Some young lady came through that knew him and called him to let him know that we were at the desk trying to check in. He lied and said he was taking out the trash but we later found out after going to get food and coming back and parking around back so that we could see our vehicle from the room that he was sitting in his personal vehicle on the clock smoking weed and on the phone. Only good thing about this stay is that even though the bed sounded like it was about to fall apart at the slightest touch it was very comfortable. I would never stay here again.
