"This property is so pet friendly -- they have treats and toys to share, and the staff were all very engagning with our dog. The hotel and bar staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Parking was attached to hotel and the location for walking, shopping and eating downtown was great."
Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center
2/10 Terrible
"Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Embassy Suites Golf Resort in Greenville this past weekend was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
Upon arriving at the property, I immediately noticed numerous individuals roaming throughout the lobby and hotel who did not appear to be guests. There was loud music blasting from the lower floor area, creating an environment that felt chaotic and unprofessional rather than welcoming or secure.
After checking into my room, my disappointment only increased. The room was in extremely poor condition. The carpet was stained, the furniture was outdated, and the overall appearance felt more like a rundown motel than a Hilton-branded property. The condition of the room looked nothing like the updated photos advertised online.
As I went back downstairs to speak with the front desk, I again observed non-guests wandering throughout the hotel floors. This made me feel genuinely unsafe. When I raised my concerns with the front office staff, I was told there was nothing they could do and that the photos online only reflected renovated rooms, while my assigned room had not been updated. I made the decision to leave approximately 10 minutes after checking in."
"We stayed one night. Room was clean and well supplied. Bed wasn't as comfortable as we expected it to be. But they may be due to our bed at home having a memory foam topper on it. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot & cold items. If I were to travel through this area again, I would stay here again"
"Everything was absolutely amazing. The design of the room was absolutely welcoming and spacious. It was like a little apartment. Parking was great staff was great. I highly recommend. Thank me later."
