This is a wonderful find in State College. The location is excellent and despite being on a major road, we didn't hear any traffic and slept comfortably. I recommend bringing your own pillow as the ones on my bed needed to be laundered.

My room was clean and comfortable. Just know that there is no breakfast and no coffee maker. But the Waffle House is conveniently located next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great, old-time style, motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and property were very clean and smelled nice. The rooms and bed were comfortable. The bathrooms were slightly small, but serviceable. For the price it was GREAT!

The location was great,close to the BYC,friendly reception, and a clean room,not a hotel,but motel,with great motel rates.Was perfect for youth wrestling family,after 12-14 hours spent in the arena,just wanted a a hot shower,clean sheets and room,and close proximity!
