"Eggs: I would prefer scrambled eggs a bit creamier. Even though eggs, potatoes, and sausage on steam table, they needed to be warmer. Might need to check with food thermometer frequently. Would be nice if a stack of plates for eggs in a warmer to keep food hot on the plate. 2% milk for coffee marked, the other thermos needed to be marked if it was half and half, cream?"

"We had a serious issue, like being locked out of our paid for room by the agent on duty for alleged non payment. The GM handled it the next day with full satisfaction. We Will absolutely be returning. "

"I was greeting immediately and the lobby area was clean. I stayed one night my room was clean and comfortable. There was breakfast in the morning however I did not have time to stay for that, but I liked having that option."
