"Taking into account the property is older, it was pretty well maintained, however imo, it will need upgrading in the near future. I’m not saying it’s bad, just that it’s age shows in things like (in the room I stayed) fraying carpet in corners, difficulty with sliding balcony door, the lighting in the room could be brighter, (don’t laugh) and a toilet that was about 12 inches high. I’m 6’4”. It was like sitting on a training potty for a toddler. Plus the flush was not very strong. At times I thought I was going to stop up the toilet and have to call maintenance. I did ask the front desk host about the size of the toilet. She didn’t know why and didn’t necessarily expect her to, so the best answer she could give me was to ask for a room with a regular sized toilet on my next stay. Lastly the elevators moved a little too slow, so it took awhile for them to arrive. There were two things I’d put in the category of “cheesy”. The gift for Hilton Honors members was, drum roll, 2 bottles of water. Second, was $10/night parking charge. Not deal breakers, but … Now, don’t get me wrong, the stay was pleasant, because there were many things that were great. The full breakfast, the happy hour, friendly and helpful staff, room size, comfortable bed and furniture, clean room, and the expected room amenities. Most importantly, the room rate was very reasonable. So, would I stay there again? Absolutely. I’d just make sure I’d ask for a room with a man sized toilet 😜."

"Internet wasn't working for Playstation hookup. The air conditioner was at 80° because the batteries for the thermostat were dead. We had to try many times to turn on thevAC unit but it couldn't control it unless if you utilized the wall thermostat that didn't have batteries and the door to the bathroom was very hard to open and/or close because it kept scraping the floor. The fact that there is no real person at the front desk was terrible. There was only a virtual person to check us in. We had to open the windows to get some kind of air into the room. I woke up many times during the night because of the room being so hot. The Man in the morning apologized for the unusable AC, the bathroom door and the internet, our stay was not up to par."
