The sense of community was woven into every aspect of my stay, from early access to amenities, to the staff's curated knowledge of timely local events, and ultimately, to the camaraderie I found with engaging and like-minded clientele in the common areas. It felt like a concept that lives its ethos. I also want to commend Paula for helping make the experience truly exceptional. Not only was she incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience met my expectations when I arrived, she also did this answering questions over the phone in the days leading up to my stay. Every interaction with her was a pleasure. Paula is a true asset to the Gravity Haus team, and her outstanding presence is a primary reason I will return."

"This worked very well for five people. Comfortable and clean. Can walk to a market and ice cream/restaurant that was Ok. Easy access to Steamboat. Kitchen was well-stocked and that is not something that happens all the time. Hot tub was nice. Couch was very comfortable. Only complaint is that the bunk beds need to have their joints tightened as it squeaked with slight movement. Not a huge deal, though. Would stay here again."

"Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked. After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security. Wonderful property! I hope to be back this winter. "
