Great for families with more than 2 kids. Enough space for everyone. Couldn’t get WiFi to work but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

This has to be one of the better hotels in steamboat hands down . The game room was a nice touch and the rooms are spacey and kitchenette is bigger than expected . Safeway is across the street and so many other places to eat. Cheap too!

The suites were recently renovated and very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well stocked. The property manager was completely awesome in every way, and they went out of their way to facilitate our needs. Had great conversations with the staff and they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

Room was as described. Through Expedia I was expecting all costs up front. Upon arrival I was charged extra as a "resort fee." It is hard to consider this property a resort. Pricing was deceptive. Breakfast buffet is minimal. Speaking to staff about my SO arriving later than me and needing a room key, I was told it was all arranged. Upon arrival, she was not allowed a key. I was not available until hours later to get her into the room.

Rooms were awesome. The kitchen was complete with cups, dishes, and silverware so it made the stay very convenient. Room was beautiful like a nice apartment and beautiful backyard view. The only downside was the loud construction noise in the early morning. It was Sunday morning the construction was happening and Saturday night in Steamboat is for the most part a fun night bar hopping. A morning to sleep in would’ve been nice after being out late.

Great dog friendly stay

I had a 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen. The suite was fully newly renovated, very spacious and clean. For a solo traveller with a dog, this was a perfect getaway out of the rain for a couple nights on our road trip.

Nice hardware poor management

Renovated rooms and location, looks pretty good at the first sight. However, unfortunately they lack of good management of the property which causes minor inconvenience - device / appliance broken in room, missing in-room body wash / regular coffee, molded food in snack bar, and long wait for shuttle. We like to stay here more but look forward to improvements.

It's centrally located. Only a short drive from the downtown area, and no less than two supermarkets within walking distance. It's well kept and a perfect home base to explore Colorado.

Perfect Location

Legacy Vacation Resorts at Steamboat Springs was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to everything and all the activities we wanted to do were within minutes by car or by bicycle. The room was clean and quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to cook our own meals which saved money on dining out. I would definately stay here again!

Was easy to find and our room was very clean. The resort was in the middle of remodeling so it is hard to say how clean the main areas are normally, also with the remodel the free breakfast area was one folding table and nowhere to sit. The location has several restaurants and quite a bit of shopping near by. You also have easy access to the public transportation for Steamboat. All in all It was a nice room with nice beds, a comfortable couch and the bathroom was big with plenty of towels and rags. The gentleman checking us in was very kind, friendly and efficient.

The room was not ready upon check-in!!! We drove all night and were tired. They offered late check-out but we did not need that. The outside needs help. The room itself was pretty good. Noisy area to be staying at.

The room was spacious and freshly renovated. This place was great. It’s currently under construction but the workers were quiet. The shuttle to the resort was a nice perk. My only two points worth mentioning is I hope they’re renovating the hot tub and we would have appreciated some hooks by the door to hang our jackets and snowpants up. Otherwise this place was great and a steal!
