"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."

"Very dissapointing. We stayed in August and on our arrival the hotel was closed. There was no one on the grounds, i tamg several times and no one was picking up. Finally, i saw someone walking with bed sheets and asked if this person was working in this hotel and they confirmed. It turned out it is a receptionist. "Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The hotel is over the road from the old city wall and the centre is 5 minutes walk away. We had breakfast here twice, and there was a good choice of cereals, fruit, meat, eggs, cheese, and even spaghetti! Rolls and croissants were also available. The room didn't have air-conditioning, which was needed as it was hot. The shower was lovely. I would recommend taking your own pillow, as both of ours were lumpy and uncomfortable. Otherwise, a perfect stay."
