I would definitely recommend the Vineyard studio for a romantic getaway. It's a very modern and chic unit, yet cozy and warm. I loved the welcome note hanging on a letter board outside our unit, lovely personal touch. We will be going back very soon for a family trip this time. "Fabulous stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated with very tasteful modern furnishings. Jan is a super host and keeps the place spotless and provided lots of little treats throughout our stay. He lives next door which is very convenient especially if things go wrong, like my husband losing his wallet on the first day. The pool area is lovely and peaceful and we had a refreshing swim most days after visiting the wineries. "

"Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised. We understand that security is a great concern in this area and accepted compensation needed to replace locks, a remote and keys. The rules for the...

"Cottage was spacious with comfortable beds, fluffy towels and good amenities, fixtures and fittings. We arrived just on dark and there were no dining options, power was limited to a few lights, due to daily "load shedding", so unable to microwave or even get a cup of tea until full power returned an hour or more later. Next morning unable to find a suitable power outlet for hairdryers supplied - on checking out was advised compatible points beside/under beds??? Staff were personable and helpful...
