"Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised. "La Gratitude was amazing. The fee does not include the entire apartment and I had to pay more for access to the other rooms which was an issue especially as there isn't such option or statement when you book. Hopefully, they will resolve that. Although I had to pay more than expected and what was advertised, they dealt with the issue promptly and professionally and I would highly recommend this apartment to others.
