The location’s perfect, and the staff were genuinely pleasant. Only downside is that it did get a bit noisy sometimes. But still if I’m in Rotterdam again, I’m booking here again without a doubt."

"Hotel mattress was extremely hard so the elder fell off the bed on the first night. Hotel was quick to try to rectify it, with a change of room no less. Glad we paid for breakfast, which made it easier given our travel with senior."
