"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. "Lovely spacious hotel. Our room looked newly renovated and really surprised by the size. We also had our dog with us. Was great with her as well could eat in the bar area. Grounds of the hotel were also excellent for walking. Obviously helped with it being with a golf course so lots of space but nice walks in fields surrounding also and well layed out paths. "

"Was dissatisfied that you no longer accepted cash I’m 68 and don’t use a card I had to use my savings card surely it should be optional 😩😩 therefore it restricted 🚫 what I could buy 😳😳 when we arrived we were given a room number 0140 and in the bathroom there was puddles and mould on the floor I went downstairs and explained to David who PROMPTLY found us another room 259 it was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds I didn’t want to use my card so I was restricted we were made very welcome the breakfast was hot and tasty the Sunday lunch was beef or gammon thats day I had the beef it was so so tasty and the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the staff were polite and we enjoyed our stay there was lots to do around the area and the Harbour Arm was brilliant and the local pubs were very welcoming and not overpriced 😁😁😁 and ACCEPTED CASH "
