"Hyatt house was overall a good experience. There was definitely some pros and cons to choosing this hotel. Some Pros are that they have free breakfast, indoor heated pool, near waterfront and have clean rooms. Some cons are that there’s no on site parking and rely on street meter parking that you pay hourly OR paying valet, and in addition they told us bar hours and when we went the bar was open and would close early. "

"The Zagz hotel had a lot of great amenities, game room, puzzle table’ free arcade machine. There’s a restaurant on site. The drinks are decent however the food not so much. The continental breakfast is lacking to say the least, there was coffee, hot water, but no tea. The host was generous enough to go find me some teabags in the rooms. There was no fresh juice. They had cereal, granola, prepackaged yogurt, bagels, muffins, and boiled eggs. They offer a s’mores hour from 7pm to 8pm, which is cool. We didn’t get to partake in it but very nice offering. They have a lot of free items you can use yoga mats, kayaks, all kind of stuff in the lobby. No fitness center on site although the advertisement of the amenities on site listed that they had a fitness center on site and also one that they partnered with 24 hour fitness which is just a block away though. The riverfront is only a few blocks away easy walking distance. There’s a MAX stop right outside of the hotel. I’m not sure which line it is. I believe it’s either green or orange. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN."

"Clean spacious room with shower/tun combo. Large TV (bigger than 36” in the room amenities) quiet room coffee and tea service in the room. The only issue I had was the staff not contacting me when my room was available like they said they would and the general woman’s bathroom not having any soap in it and I was told that I it wouldn’t be any soap into the Housekeeping person came in at 2pm (it was around 12pm) I was offered sanitizer that was at the front desk for the workers but had barely any left in the bottle. Staff should have access to stock the bathroom when needed We didn’t have breakfast or brunch at Gracie’s because it was a bit pricey and the area has many good breakfast option that are in walking distance or a few train stops away. The train station is literally 2 short blocks away. We did have cocktails and happy hour and dinner are more than a couple of nights at the Driftwood lounge on site. It’s super dark and you need to order your salad dressing on the side but the drinks are good. "

"We just needed something close to the VA AND HAD A SMOKING ROOM AND ACCESS FOR MY BROTHER. IT IS A SINGLE LEVEL AND HAD PLENTY OF CLOSE FOOD, fuel and a 7-11 right behind it. It was also the most affordable place I could find with 2 full beds. "
