"We were in building six no ventilation, the sliding doors was blocked. You cannot open it , the toilet itself was so low that my mother who is 88 years old, wasn’t able to get up and down from it. I complaint they try to fix it, but nothing happened until the last day of my stay then they moved us to a suite so disappointed been going there for four years."

"Have been coming here for decades. Ever since Marriott took it over, it's lost the luster and appeal that made it a great place to stay. Always understaffed. You are placed on hold forever (if the phone is even answered) to order room service or contact the front desk. Management has an I-don't-care attitude. We are saying goodbye and will start to try other hotels in the area."

"Overall would recommend and would stay again.
We came for a graduation at Gonzaga and looked at hotels close to the school and most were easily double the price so we stayed in Cheney. Loved the building check-in is a breeze loved it. Very clean. If I could suggest anything it would be a vanity or something for the bedrooms we all had to crowd the bathroom sink to do makeup because the rooms didn't have any place to do that. If you are looking for a super clean easy affordable place to stay in a small cute town look no further."
