"Bathroom in room had dirty washcloth left in it. Shower amenities were empty. Staff pleasant and took care of problems quickly. No elevator to 2nd floor, but, maintenance personal helped with getting luggage to room."
"The room was a little run down. Bathroom door was hard to shut, bath tub had some damage and rust. The breakfast area is really dark but the food taste good. The pool was nice and the kids had fun there. No pool towels, even after asking at the front desk."
"Bed is essentially grandma's old pullout couch and groaned with every little movement. The walls are paper thin, the nightstand was being held together with duct tape and the Outlets in the bathroom area did not work. Motel does not provide towels or other hygiene amenities.
Also the pool does not exist, it is filled in with dirt. Genuinely the worst property I have ever stayed in."
"Arrived at 3:15 for check in and waited over 30 minutes to be assisted by the front desk. Then when assisted the front desk associate was very unhelpful in answering questions about the validation of parking tickets to the garage.
When I got to the room, there was a burn on the shower curtain and the bathroom was not clean at all. There was dirt and hair on the pillow cases. I pulled back the sheets on the bed and there was a blood stain on the blanket and blood spots on the sheets. I called down to the front desk and asked for the linens to be changed and was told there is no housekeeping. I called back 30 minutes later and talked to the “manager” who said he would have housekeeping change them and he spoke with them already to take care of it. I left the room about 4:15 PM and walked past two different housekeeping women on the floor. I returned to the room about 11pm and the sheets were still not changed.
When I went down to talk the manager was told by the same unhelpful front desk woman who checked me in that no manager was available. Told her the situation and she put me in a new room. The floor that I was put on reeked of marijuana and the new room had some greasy substance on the bathroom wall.
During all this, NOT one apology was given by all three employees, including the manager!! Piss poor customer service and rude employees. No discount given or offered any type of compensation for my inconvenience!! Will never receive my business again at any Radisson."
