Things are just kind of falling apart, the toilet felt like it was going to come off the floor, the towel rack did fall off, but the jetted tub was in great shape and lovely so could have been a newer addition. The wi-fi in my room did not work for 3 of the 4 days that we were there. Not a single towel rack in the bathroom. I asked to have the manager call me ... he didn't. No one got back to me on what was being done about the wi-fi, although they said they would.
