"We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with one queen bed and one sofa bed. Sofa bed was ok. Kitchen was fully equipped with a washer/dryer but no dishwasher. Drying function took too long so some clothes were dried outside. Property picture shows a pool but we were told pool use was an extra 25 euros/day/person! "We arrived early, hoping to drop out cases until check-in time whilst we began exploring the city. In the event we were offered an upgrade to a larger room that was ready for occupation, which of course we accepted. The room was large and comfortable, with a comfortable seating area and very comfortable beds. The room was a little too hot on the first night, but we turned the thermostatic valves on all of the radiators down to "frost protect" and it was much more comfortable on our second night. We had booked breakfast inclusive and we pleased with the range of items offered. A real bonus was the availability of complimentary hot drinks throughout the day (until 9pm). The staff were very friendly and helpful. A really pleasurable stay in a good location to explore the city."
