"On arrival carpets are badly stained and desperately need cleaned. The silicone in the shower has black mould - it needs replaced. Strong smell of spices in the fridge - needs a thorough clean. Washing machine has strong smell of mould - despite running a cycle, the strong smell was still there. The location is good and it does have private parking. The flat has potential if they cleaned it properly. They ask for a refundable deposit and an ID to stay. Since our departure and two emails later,...

"After booking and paying and upon arriving at the property I was told via a phone call by the proprietor that my room was no longer available. I was promised a refund but have not received anything yet."

"Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. "
