Everyone who worked there was really nice. Little hard to find a shop open in the evening so just be prepped. I’m sure they have extra food at the hotel

Lovely hotel , very clean , rooms are a good size . The restaurant food was delicious and all the staff were very friendly and professional . Will definitely stay here again .

I stay at the Cromwell whenever I am in Stevenage. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are professional. The parking is very convenient and the location is close to shops and dining.

Nice stay 1 night. Easy parking and dining. Only thing I would say is that there is not enough hooks or towel rails to hang towels and there is not enough surface area to put toiletries etc so it's a bit of a juggling act on the bathroom.
