The price of the products in your little store by the lobby is are too high. Bottled water should not be $6 a bottle.

Changed room without notification. Got upset with room they gave us, as no room for pack n play for our little one, went up again, complained and they moved us to another room, but still not with king bed. Gave us breakfast coupons we were unable to use due to the time we had to departure.

Friendly Front Desk Staff. Loved the fact that they had the amber grill connected to hotel, breakfast was great. Especially with the coupons ! Go to hotel when I am in Stevens Point

Poor services they will over charge you
I noted I had a dog in my comments and told the lady at the front desk as well during check in. There was never no mention about they have a no dog policy. The next morning a maid chase me down and confronted me in front of numerous other customers and said I cannot have animals here and there will be an extra charge. They charged me $170 dollars. The room was only $110 per night. What really upset me if that I tried to call and talked to a manager to discuss the matter. Left my number numerous times and no one would call back. Poor service

Perfect for our family reunion
The facilities were so clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful, enjoyed the hotel lobby area with tables, lots of seating options, and the fireplace. I used the workout room one one occasion and found the treadmill easy to use. Plenty of parking and convenient to a couple breakfast spots and town.

We stay here every year for a train show and it is always one of our getaway highlights for the year. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and in tip-top shape. There is nearby shopping for added convenience. Always a 5-star experience here.

The hotel was very clean and staff so nice, only problem was pool chlorine wasn’t checked when it opened and when my son swam innit it was checked and found out the levels were high and my son need to get out .

Rude employee
Had a 2 day stay. Loading out from rm 164 which was near back exit area. It was 730 am and I propped the door open to get the last item which was a cooler. A women in black shirt,dark hair in a bun,and jeans was quite rude about propping door open. explaned to her I have a cooler then we are out. I went to get cooler sure enough she closed door. There are 3 door props by the door 1 plastic 2 wood .I understand thas a security door however She was out smoking or vaping the whole time it took me to walk 15 ft to my room and back maybe she could have held it open for me since she was still there. during my stay I seen her outside that door with numerous employees smoking. There were much cheaper hotels to stay at in Stevens point. Dont need that attitude while traveling. regards

Hotel staff was awesome, super friendly, Hotel was great, clean, rooms were large and comfortable, restaurant on site, Great location, i wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.
