"We stayed for 2 nights in a garden view room on the 7th floor. The view was gorgeous and I feel we got the best of water, garden and city views. With Clifton hill right below, everything was walking distance and so convenient. The room was clean and comfortable and they provided a nice crib for our baby. The water pressure was strong and the bathroom had ample countertop space. Only thing was the washroom vent started to leak heavily on top of the toilet and even caused a water bubble in the ceiling. Maintenance came but said it was normal from AC drainage…and they didn’t do anything. Another issue was front desk and housekeeping were impossible to reach by phone. Otherwise, everything else was perfect for a quick weekend getaway"

"unfortunately had a very difficult time resting. The room temperature was consistently too high, causing me to wake up sweating multiple times throughout the night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep, which was the main purpose of my stay. I hope the hotel can look into the HVAC system for this room, as it made the experience quite uncomfortable. I would like to return, but the lack of climate control was a major issue"
