"Please make it CLEAR to guests that they have to request room to be cleaned. The info sheet given to me, said if your stay is longer than 3 days room cleaning services are required. I thought that meant the hotel would automatically clean my room and give new towels after the 3rd day. When they did not, I called and was told that even though I was staying longer than 3 days, the I STILL NEEDED TO HAVE REQUESTED the room to be cleaned! That makes no sense. If your saying after stay beyond 33 days requires a room to be cleaned, then it's reasonable a guest would think that the cleaning would automatically occur (the cleaning services would be notified by the hotels computer system) that a room is due for service. By the time we got back to our room, it was close to midnight. I had expected to sleep on new sheets and have clean towels. Neither. I was leaving the following day so it was too late."
