"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "This caravan is so lush!!! Clean, tidy, neat and spacious!!! The veranda is an absolute sun trap ALL day!!!! And I mean all day!!! Very well located and easy to find on the site. The owner Carl communicates quickly. Defo booking again!! Bonus that you can book a few days rather than the usual caravans that you have to book in week blocks. Winner for me and my solo trips"

"Like my stay last year, the doors of adjoining rooms get slammed at all hours, so maybe adults need reminding by a sign on the doors to be thoughtful to others. The room was perfect, the view I wanted and paid for was better than expected. There is of course need for licks of paint and perhaps in room furniture in need of tlc or upgrade, but for me, it adds to the "age". If you want modern, go elsewhere but the price is reflective of the location, so all things being equal. I am satisfied with my stay. "
