"Fantastic environment. Really nice apartment, great facilities, perfect environment for families. Nice walks and good location to drive/train to a variety of other places.
We came from the UK and it is a straightforward 3 and a bit hour drive from Dunkirk.

"I am still waiting for a refund for a double payment on this stay. No one answers the phone, so there is no one to speak to or anyone to assist you. If you do not have data on your phone because you are travelling from another country, it will be problem to get the entry key code to get into the place. The place is fine, but still no one has responded about my double payment and refund for 1 of the payments. So my rating is based off of poor customer service. "

"The customer service is non existent- absolutely awful experience.
The hotel offers a late check in after reception hours which we requested ahead of time. Their policy is to email over the lockbox code and side map on the day of arrival. We did not receive this and had a local friend call to ask, in Dutch, for it to be sent. They said they “had been very busy but would send it shortly.” They never did.
