"This was a perfect overnight accommodation for us to stop and visit the Paestum Archaeological Park, traveling up from Sicily to Naples. The room was just what we needed. The staff were super kind and helpful. They offered a nice dinner in their restaurant, and breakfast was included the next morning before we walked just a few minutes down the road to the park and were permitted to leave our car there so we would not have to pay additional parking fees!"

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"This is a super unique Property. Awesome Italian feel and looks. Very comfy rooms and bed. Suites have a living room, separate bedroom, large room with stand alone tub, and a spacious toilet room with shower. The grounds are immaculate and the views are spectacular. "Stayed at several B&Bs during our trip. This one we would not return to. AC wouldn't go below 28c/82f. The beds were really hard, so between the heat and bed it was very hard to sleep. Be prepared to carry your bags up spiral staircase 3 floors without help. Bring a towel for pool, they do not provide. "This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. "Hotel Venere is right on the main street in town. The Pizza/Sub place across the street was a great choice.
We had a double room w/sleep sofa. (Very comfortable) for 5 adults. This was one of the only rentals that would take a couple of days instead of Saturday to Saturday. The young man behind the desk was very helpful and spoke English.
We will definitely stay there again. "

"We arrived early at the hotel and we're allowed to park at the hotel while we walked to the ancient Greek Temples which were an easy walk from the hotel.
The hotel had beautiful grounds and a nice swimming pool.
The room was nice and clean, but simple.
We atedinner and it was delicious, as was the morning breakfast.
All in all a great stay and we would do it again. If you are going to see the Temples, it is worth a stay. "
