"I chose this hotel because it was close to the Port of Rafina, and it was a great place to have a lie in after a long flight then a leisurely walk to the ferry."

"The rooms were clean but looked very dated and worn but the bathroom was decent. Our shower head was broken however, and we had to hold it the whole time while showering which was very inconvenient. None of the activities for kids open until 10am and close at 5:30pm. Dinner does not start until 7:30pm so the 2 hours before dinner are difficult with kids. The pools are nice and seem well maintained. The playground has nice equipment but needs upkeep. The food is very mediocre at both restaurants. We appreciated how seriously allergens were taken and that separate meals and alternative foods were offered for our son with many allergies. The sodas and coffee offered were terrible. It was a nice surprise that there was an alcoholic drink menu included in the all inclusive price and not a separate package but the drinks were very mediocre as well, served in paper cups instead of glasses."

"Door on the room didn’t lock. Safe was broken. Not a great location (although during the “beach season” it’s probably much better). Seemed like a beach town in the offseason. “Beach view” was not so good. The glass water bottle in the room looked like it had been opened and put back in the refrigerator. Elevator broke, so had to haul luggage down 3 floors. They must have had a GREAT photographer, because the place was not nearly as nice as the promotional photos depicted. I will say the staff tried to make up for the deficiencies - they were very helpful."
