We stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't take advantage of breakfast or the pool. We were disappointed in the TV as there weren't very many channels available.

Room could use a face lift, black out curtains I had to use a hair clip due to them being torn. Night guy had no issue to sit in chair kick back and watch videos before we could get out of lobby.. other than that good.

Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
