I stayed at the apartment in Solna with my family for 3 nights. It's was very comfortable with excellent amenities. I really appreciated the in suite washer and dryer which were modern and worked well. There was also a full fridge and freezer and a dishwasher, hot plate and a microwave as well as a toaster and kettle. Super easy to make ourselves at home and go to the nearby grocery store and then cook at the apartment -- we saved a lot of money this way. The walk to the metro station was short and easy, and there's a large park nearby as well. I'd definitely recommend this property for families with kids -- our experience was great.

The space was very nice and served us well. There is no air conditioning and no way to open the windows so it did get extremely warm. We only stayed one night so it wasnt a huge problem.

So HOT! No windows to open! Oven-baked room!
There was no A/C and not even a window to open in our room. I swear the listing had originally stated there was A/C but when I checked again, it doesn't mention it, only mentions heat. Our room faced west and the whole west wall was all glass. So the morning sun baked our room even if our curtains were closed. We were there when it was hot outside and we booked this place primarily because it had a washer/dryer so we could do laundry partway through our trip. If we had a window to open, it wouldn't have been so miserable at night. We had no way of cooling our room off! Every other room in the building looked like it had a window that could open for some airflow. 0/10 would not recommend this stay in the summer. Would probably be ok in colder months.

The use of the key code to enter the building made it very easy as we had arrived following a late flight, and needed to check out very early. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from a metro station and a big shopping mall. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed. The flat was clean and tidy, towels were not changed daily but there is a washing machine in the apartment anyway which we used. I would defiantly use this apartment again for future visits!

Relaxing stay and laundry detergent not provided
A relaxing stay at the apartment and great quick responses from the company that manages your rental. If you are wanting to use the laundry unit, detergent is not provided and you can pick some up downstairs at the Polish Grocery store. The Polish shop has disolving laundry detergent sheets which helped as we want a large box or bottle to carry around the rest of the trip. The apartment is a short walk from the train station which is beside a shopping mall, drug store, fruit/veggie store, and grocery store. For breakfast we found a great bakery that is open early called Bullens Bageri och Konditori which was a short walk to the east of the apartment. They had great pastries and sandwiches which we purchased to go to have in the city. One negative was that the floors could have been cleaner and smells from other units easily wafted into our unit from a vent above our two beds.

This apartment is great, with well equipped kitchen and everything you need. You can wash clothes here, there is washing machine. Few minutes walk to the metro station and shopping centre.

Nice location close to Solna Centrum shopping mall, a beautiful park and public transportation. Apartment was very clean. Pullout sofa was not of best quality and should be replaced.

Excellent location. Close to Solna centrum. I took the Arlanda airport bus from Tritonvagen bus stop which was few minutes away from the apartment. Solna centrum is good to catch subway to T-Centralen. Good shopping center with breakfast and lunches.

Great, new apartment in Solna. Although these accommodations don't have the services of a traditional hotel, we found the apartment style room very comfortable, with everything you would need, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The biggest drawback to ApartDirect Solna is that it is a bit far from central Stockholm.

Great Choice of Apartment
This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, & just a short walk from the Solna Centrum underground station (5 quick stations from the centre of Stockholm) & a very handy shopping area. We purchased a three day travel pass from the newsagent which was very handy. We downloaded the MyTaxi app for the phone & this allowed us to order a taxi for the airport which was reasonably priced (for Stockholm) & we were messaged a number of times so we knew exactly when we would be picked up from outside the apartment & how much the trip would cost. The internet connection worked very well in the apartment, the washer & dryer was very handy (set on speed wash). We would stay here again 0n a future visit to Stockholm which is a lovely city with friendly people & lots to do.

Great place
very convenient location if you drive. Even if you do not drive, you can take the train to go around the city and places of attractions. We parked our cars and took the train to the city. It was great. It is also near to mall of Scandinavia.

Overall my family and I enjoyed the stay. Very nice and clean Apt. It'd be perfect if it was air-condition/central air. We found it kind of warm and had to open the windows to get some fresh air and this unfortunately allowed a huge mosquito into the apt and that took us some time to eliminate it. Other than that it's great!

Convenient apartment for short-term stays
Stayed here while I was recuperating from surgery: close to Karolinska hospital and major subway/bus lines. Note that this is entirely automated--you receive a time-limited code for the main entrance and your apartment, and there is no desk staff to speak of. We were there for 7+ days, and once when we came back our bed linens had been changed and some fresh towels provided, but otherwise this is a completely self-service operation. Not a bad thing mind you, just something to keep in mind.

Good location
Solan is a good area to stay. Only a few stops on the train from the centre of Stockholm. There is a supermarket and shopping centre at the train station which is a 5-10 min walk from the apartment. There is a much bigger shopping centre called Mall of Scandinavia at Solna Central which was great to look around. The apartment is smaller than I thought but was enough for the 4 of us. There was a few things that could be tidied up decor wise but nothing major. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed although we only cooked once in the apartment. The biggest problem we had was the lift waking us up at 6:30 every morning. The floors above are all occupied by regular people who obviously start going out to work early in the morning. We were in room 404 which is directly under the lift shaft. It was like someone was dragging a wheeled suitcase back and forth across a cobbled floor constantly for 45 mins. Saying that I would stay here again just not in this room. Definitely ask for a room the other end of the corridor.

Well located service apartment
This service apartment is conveniently located in a pleasant suburb called Solna (the sun) about 10 minutes from downtown Stockholm by subway (the blue line). It is about a 10-15 minutes walk from the subway terminal depending on weather. The Solna subway exit is just next door to a shopping mall with food courts, many variety of boutique shops, a supermarmarket and a hotel chain. The apartment hotel room is of good size with typical clean line Sacandinavian design and furnishing, complete with a well equipped small kitchen, washer and dryer. There is no typical hotel facilities or staff on site. Clients are provided with a PIN for main entrance and room which expires on specified check out time.

Large, well-appointed accomodations
Because of an extended visit, we managed to stay in two of ApartDirect's units over a period of three nights. Both of the apartments were clean and well appointed, with ample space for three people, large bathrooms, new appliances and modern furniture. The beds were a bit soft for my taste, and the one of the apartments was an end-unit that was about 25% smaller than the other. The neighborhood is mainly residential apartment complexes but within a 10 minute walk of the metro and an excellent mall with a quality supermarket. No one on-site, but this was not a problem for us as the management was highly responsive via email, arranging last-minute parking as well as an additional night. Highly recommended.

Great apartment
We were a party of three and stayed for five nights on a holiday visit. You get e-mailed a code for the door in advance and you never see any staff. This worked fine for us but we can't comment on what the staff response would be in event of any problems. The apartment is very bright and modern and in excellent condition and easily spacious enough for three people. It is in the suburbs but only a short walk to a metro station from where it is 15 mins to the centre. There is a mall with a supermarket and a couple of restaurants near the metro station, but we ate in the centre. We found an easy way from Arlanda airport was to get the suburban train to Solna Station and then bus 509 which goes to outside the apartment block - this is cheaper and easier than getting the Arlanda Express to the centre and then the metro. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
