Great location as the hotel is very central and neat a subway station. The hotel has a cool 1920’s feel and it felt very special. We went for the larger twin room and it was a good size, not much storage just one wardrobe with 6 hangers in total (some drawers would have been nice). Breakfast had a broad variety and the hotel bar was very popular. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The location couldn't be better. We appreciated the 1920s stylings. It's a little cramped and maze-like, lots of small stairs and tight corners. We had trouble with the room being cold, and there was a bad smell we couldn't get rid of. Very friendly staff throughout. Loved the food court right across the plaza outside!

There were no drawers or shelves for items from your suitcase. To use the coffee pot, I had to move it to the desk (the only clear, flat surface). Normally I put it in the bathroom (noise), but there was no counter space near the electrical outlet. The beds were terrible; very poor back support. After one night my back hurt so bad I put the blankets on the floor and slept three nights in the floor! And, the staff came into our room one day (we forgot to put out the do not disturb sign) and they took our some garbage, but they never even cleaned the room or made the beds or changed towels for us.

The hotel was otherwise nice and in an excellent location, but majority of the staff was quite rude. We were not greeted even once when passing by the front desk. They never smiled at us, even when speaking with them directly. Just really bizarre behavior from customer service reps. We talked to the staff daily for different reasons, we were never greeted, said thank you to, absolutely no basic manners, especially in customer service. The only employee who was very nice to us was called Mattias if I recall correctly. He was lovely and I commend him for it, as that must not be easy when your coworkers have an attitude against everyone and everything it seems.

Alles in allem war das Hotel sehr schön, sehr nettes Personal und sauberes Haus insgesamt. Perfekte Lage,gutes Restaurant. Leider hatten wir ein nach innen liegendendes Zimmer ohne Ausblick.Der Fitnessbereich,auf den man schuen musste war nicht der Ausblick den man sich bei einem Zimmer "large mit Fenster "vorstellt. Leider war das umstellen der Trainingsgeräte sehr laut hallend zu hören, auch schon vor 6 Uhr in der Früh.
