This hotel is in a wonderful location for walking to Gamla Stan, wonderful staff , very helpful. Breakfast was amazing ! Close to train station as well. Highly recommend.

Simple property but with all amenities I needed. The only challenge was finding it, as its entrance is not obvious from the street.

Just ok. Nothing more. The bed was dirty on top. It was also not vacuumed on the floor. The lighting in the room was horrible and also impossible to turn off from the bed. The pillows in the bed was the worst pillows I have ever slept on.

We were downgraded to a smaller room, something you DON'T want to experience when travelling with small children. Personnel seemed a but overwhelmed at times with the crowds (i.e. check-in and breakfast area)

In over 4 years since my last visit it has got even more outdated. It could do with a refresh and a touch of style. All it needs is some fresh colours by adding colours on walls and statement soft furnishings. The duvet and in specially the pillows are tiny and really uncomfortable. It's not expensive at all to replace it. Bath towels are small for tiny people. It really needs a new carpet. Basically, it's basic and boring hotel. Furniture is ok. It need quality white lighting as it's so dark. Make sure the breakfast booking system is in English also - it's a pain having to book when is buffet. Buffet quality has gone down hill too. Lack of fruit juices & fruit & there was limited yogurt also. You can do much better.

Hôtel propre et petit déjeuner copieux. Très bien situé, entre la gare centrale et la rue principale des magasins qui mène aux grands monuments. Consigne gratuite pratique à l'arrivée. Et le fait de libérer la chambre à midi, le jour du départ, laisse encore du temps pour visiter. Très bon sejour de 4 nuits.

Unglaublich zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und funktionalen Zimmern (die zwar etwas klein sind, aber hey: mitten in Stockholm). Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir persönlich finden gut, dass nicht jeden Tag automatisch das Zimmer gereinigt wird - gerade, wenn man nur kurz da ist. Die Reinigung kann man aber jeden Tag buchen (natürlich ohne Zusatzkosten). Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

Litet men bra rum. Sängen stod mot väggen så det var jobbigt att komma ur sängen för den som låg in mot väggen. Som äldre och stel i kroppen på morgonen var det tufft. Tappade ner en liten sak från sängen. Jättesvårt att få tag i den. Min man lyckades efter ett bra tag. Har aldrig bott i ett rum med en dubbelsäng intill väggen. Inte bra.

Vi føler mig virkelig snydt for et godt og behageligt hotelophold. Tjekkede ind tidligt (14.15), hvilket koster 200 SEK ekstra. Det er fint nok. Bliver spurgt, om vi ønsker rengøring lørdag, hvilket vi svarer ja tak til. Værelset var slidt, og gulvtæppet var lappet (værelse 472). Men det går, vi skal opleve byen. Lørdag morgen er der slet ikke fyldt op i buffeten. Mange ting mangler, og der kommer kun vand ud fra juicemaskinen. Vi tager alligevel spændte ud på oplevelse i Stockholm, som er en virkelig flot by. Da vi kommer tilbage, har der trods deres egen forespørgsel ikke været rengøring på værelset. Øv altså. Vi gør opmærksom på det i receptionen, som kan se, at det var ønsket. Vi tager ud og spiser, og kommer senere tilbage til hotellet. Der har stadig ikke været rengøring, men vi har fået nye håndklæder (håber vi). Scandic plejer at levere, men vi er så skuffede over vores ophold. Derudover føler vi os snydt, da de på facaden reklamerer med rabatter, som er ca. halv pris, af hvad vi har forudbetalt. Scandic skylder en undskyldning og en refusion for at ødelægge vores oplevelse ved at bo på hotel.
