A lovely boutique hotel in the upscale shopping area of Stockholm. My king room with balcony was beautiful with chic details like wooden floors, designer lamps and hangers and Grown Alchemist products in the bathroom. The staff is also worth a mention, very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

A very positive surprise. You have to expect some of the sound from the bar in the basement but those sounds just mean that people are enjoying their stay and it didn't bother me.

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in ever from the check in to the floors creeking to the shower going everywhere the bed was hard no facility to hang or put clothes not even a chair to sit on in the room

The lights in the bathroom did not work. You could not get the room to cool-down as their is no air conditioning. So you had to open the windows, however it is so noisy and revellers continue until 3am everyday being loud and drunk. Also does not help that this hotel has a built in bar luring the revellers in. Just could not get one full night of sleep in. The staff is very friendly though but friendly does not solve the above. Very good breakfast. Limited storage for clothing.

Won’t be coming back

Unfortunately the story hotel in Stockholm is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. This is the first time I have ever complained about a hotel to this extreme. We had 3 rooms booked and all of us complained about the noise. Loud music until very late meant disrupted sleep. Shouting from the street and noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms. The breakfast was constantly busy and the food was not very nice at all if there was anything left. We noticed when making the bed on the last morning that the duvet was disgusting and stained. We could not wait to leave. When complaining the staff shrugged their shoulders Sounds like you get a lot of complaints.

Det bedste: Virkelig god morgenmad… så god kvalitet og mange valgmuligheder. Dejligt badeværelse og rigtig gode badeprodukter Skønt personale i receptionen, særligt de to unge mænd der bare var så hjælpsomme og imødekommende med informationer om spisesteder og oplevelser. Det mindre gode: Vores værelse på 4. Sal vendte lige over mod en boligblok med mange lejligheder… ucharmerende. Værelset var specielt men det ligner billederne så ok Heldigvis var det rent. Der var meget varmt og den lille ventilator var ikke meget bevendt,og med åbne vinduer var der super meget larm fra gaden. Der er ikke en følelse af at man kan være i lounge området.. det er som om restauranten “fylder” det hele og man skal købe noget for at være der. Ville nok vælge et andet hotel i området en anden gang pga af dette

Hotel basic but has everything you need - a little dusty in areas. Lacks air conditioning so we slept with windows open - unfortunately every single morning between 4-6am an extremely loud glass bottle collection lorry became an awfully unpleasant wake up alarm. There were only sheer curtains so light couldn’t be fully blocked out (keeping the room hot during the day for our evening return) luckily we did have a fan. One thing the hotel did very very well was breakfast! The hotel is also located conveniently in relation to the cities attractions & transport links. There is an alcohol store at the end of the street from the hotel which could be heard throughout the night, it didn’t hugely bother me - nowhere near as much as the glass collection lorry every morning. The staff were always friendly, always greeted us upon arrival or return, also helped when we had a query. The staff at Story hotel were excellent! Overall, we enjoyed our stay mostly for the convenient location and the breakfasts.

Rummet var rent och fint, men hissen var trång. Det var otroligt varmt i vårt rum. Korridor osv var svalt, men inne i vårt rum verkade inte luftkonditioneringen fungera. Vi fick ingen hjälp när vi tog upp problemet med rummet med personalen och vi fick ingen hjälp. Dock bra bemötande både vid incheckning och när vi pratade med den som jobbade vid utcheckningen.

Toilet unable to flush, room is super warm, they even turn on heater just before guest arrive, too dark, wall too rough and bed set against it which you might be hurt scratching yourself when sleep
