I reserved a deluxe king suite in quiet area away from street. I was given a small hot room with a king bed. I told receptionist that this was not the room i reserved and paid for. She said that that was the king room facing courtyard but I could have the deluxe suite facing the train tracks. No thanks, but no attempt to offer me a refund on the room’s difference. We are seniors and had some heavy luggage. No one helped us up the entrance steps or steps down to our room. Breakfast was plenty. Lobby was very cute and comfortable but this is not up to Hyatt quality.

We booked this location by mistake, the hotel advised we would have had to forfeit the first night’s payment to switch location and it would have cost at least £200 more for a room at the city hotel. We decided to travel to the one I had accidentally booked in the suburbs. The hotel was excellent - contemporary, clean, great service and importantly for us, catered well for vegans with the inclusive breakfast. I didn’t fall in love with the area but it was a couple of minutes walk to the station and well connected, just a few minutes to the city centre so would actually recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

I have stayed here before after being recommended as a place to stay by a friend. This time my flight was delayed so I arrived very late, but there was a number to call and a very helpful young lady responded, unlocked the door and let me check in. She was super nice. I would always use this hotel if staying in Sundbyberg as the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is varied and tasty

Great value for Stockholm on a Saturday night

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The track lighting must’ve had a short because it blinked on and off like a disco. Breakfast was fabulous. Access from the subway was very convenient.

Recently retired and travelling with my mom, I wasn't too exited over the staircase one needed to negotiate to get to the front desk. Elevator was not available at the lowest point. No assistance was offered by any staff. Hallways were dark and narrow. A note in the room stated that one needed to request clean towels if one desired such service more often than every three days. I did request it and only some towels were exchanged. Apparently the staff have some sort of approval right on my request which was not stated on the note. Breakfast was lovely! A rather trendy hotel in the middle of Sundbyberg with walking distance to many different restaurants, bakeries and coffeehouses and transit, most likely catering to a younger audience than myself.

Billigare än city men så smidigt

Hotellet ligger mitt i Sundbyberg centrum, lika smidigt att åka till Mall of Scandinavia eller Strawberry Arena som in till Sthlm city! Bra standard på rummen, trevlig personal! Dock tycker jag att frukosten tappar lite i kvalitet när det är högsäsong (vi har bott här flera gånger) Bra med parkeringsgarage i samma hus, till en väldigt resonlig peng!

Boutiquehotel som börjar bli lite slitet. Madrassöverdragen var det smutsigaste jag sett så vi fick byta rum. Tyvärr nedgraderades vi till ett annat rum som vi accepterade då det tydligen var fullt. Vi upptäckte sen att även detta madrassöverdag var rättså smutsigt. Rummen är mörka så mitt tips är att tända lamporna. Frukosten var okej.

Häftigt hotell. Läcker inredning. Sköna sängar o tom kylskåp. Smakfullt badrum. Rummwt hade allt jag önskar av ett hotellrum. Saknade inget på frukosten. Ingen ipad- juice utan riktig juice! Döremot väldigt varmt i rummet jag hade. Fläkt o öppningsbart fönster hjälper om det inte är extremt varma sommardagar som det var när jag bodde där.

Inga problem med incheckning trots att vi kom sent (22.30). Tre påpekanden: väldig kärvande blandare i duschen, spolknappen hänger sig (toalettstolen), då måste man vara uppmärksam så man inte dränerar vatten i onödan. Nyckeln var avmagnetiserad på morgon så den gick inte att bruka till hissen eller wty låsa upp rummet med efter frukosten

Clean and comfortable

The room was on the smaller side but the high roof made it all look bigger and there was plenty of light. Bathroom was clean. When taking a shower a lot of water got all over the floor, the glas is not long enough to create a proper barrier to prevent this. The room was spotless, very comfortable bed and loved the fridge! Not many use them anymore so that was a nice touch. The breakfast was ok, it had enough to fill you up.

Bra överlag, dock lite seg incheckning när man redan checkat in online och ska uppge allt igen. Trevlig personal dock. Frukosten hade bara 1 typ av bröd som man skulle rosta i en seg rost. Övriga bröd slut. Annars var frukosten generellt helt ok i övrigt. Schysst inredning och rent.
