We enjoyed our stay here. Parking was a big benefit and the breakfast was wonderful. We slept comfortably and had great interactions with the staff. The place has older decor, but that was not an issue for us. Would recommend!

Staff was very friendly. The property is a little dated. 1970 ish. No individual heat control in the room, just a fan and a portable radiator. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Buffet had usual choices expected. Price is reasonable . Buxton Rd is quite busy but did not intrude.

Lovely old property and my room was great for the money. One small thing it didn't have a USB socket. This would not normally be a problem because I'd pack an adaptor, but this was an unplanned stay over.

Great place with transport access right outside th

Very polite , friendly, professional staff. Only stayed one night but has everything you need. Rooms are basic and dated but reception and dining arr lovely. No lifts this wasnt too much of an issue as help was available to carry luggage is requested. Single rooms available .

The room was fine, a normal double, but we were woken at 8am by an horrendous noise from what i am presuming was the shower plumbing, when i say it was loud its a wonder it didnt was the whole floor. The breakfast was nothing to write home about with items not replenished until i had already eaten what was on my plate. The hotel is a bit tired but OK

Good price for value - one night stay, single person traveller on my own car. Good communication from hotel soon after booking about a function and possible music / noise during the night of my stay, luckily that I'm not much affected due to late check-in. Plenty of parking which is a plus. Overall satisfied.
