Good value for money
It's not luxury by any standard but I paid a very low rate for a single room and what I got was good value for money. The room itself was small and the bed cheap and not very comfortable. It was fairly clean but the net curtians had mould and other details. The bath / shower worked but was broken so the shower was half mast.
Onsite parking was fine. The bar area was good and the barman excellent. There was a part of rowdy builders and some choice language which didn't bother me but the barman cared enough to come over and apologise for it which I appreciated.
The leisure facilities are good but as a hotel resident you have to pay £4 to use them after 5 p.m. I wonder if they're not a different business to the hotel. Still, for £4 it was worth it.
As I say not luxury but for the price I pad I cannot complain and will probably stay again. Hopefully the amorous couple who banged their headboard against the wall at 11 p.m., 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. won't also be staying. You have to admire the dedication.
