Right by the freeway. Super noisy. No towels in room when we checked in at 4:30 pm it took 2 hours to get towels and when we got them one appeared to have fresh blood spot.

Pictures of the property definitely don’t match the actual, the place is in need of some upkeep and general cleaning, front desk staff were very nice and friendly, the room was ok and the bed was comfortable, bathroom fan was very noisy and didn’t seem to be moving any air, a hot shower turn the place into a steam room.

Price wise was reasonable. Close to where we needed to be, close to freeway. Good breakfast. My only complaint was cleanliness. Looked clean, until you looked under the beds.

Room not clean. Dirt and dust in corners of room, debris on rug. Outside tile floors in front of room filthy. Toilet suited for small adults and children, typical of toilets used in the 1950s-not suited for adults or seniors with any sort of disability.

Appearance is not everything. Very inconvenient access to rooms unless you have a parking area room. Can't access those rooms with a loaded luggage cart, which also has hallways to inside rooms. We were directed to park but not warned we couldn't get a luggage cart to our room from where we parked! Finally figured it out on our own, but never had a similar experience. Bathroom floor was not cleaned, room was sparse, clearly not what we expected for the title and cost!

Read reviews and some rated 5 stars. Must ha e been a relative of owner or manager because its a complete lie. Strong burnt rubber smell in elevator. Thought it was broken so didn't use again. No towels in room. Only towel was used and had makeup on it. Lots of trash in stairway. Carpet is ancient and filthy. So are chairs. Linen was washed, but older than I am. TV remote didn't work with tv. Very noisey area since on main blvd. Wifi is very weak. Executive Suites? No Executive or suite. Pure garbage and ghetto. Anyone who gave this hotel a 5 must of just been released from prison.

It was supper loud with a lot of sketchy foot traffic. The room had an odd odor. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. The shower never got warm. The towels appeared stained with makeup and dirty. The coffee in the morning was instant and not ground brewed. I will never stay there again.

Hotel was centrally located where there was places in walking distance to grab a bit to eat. When checking in. They didn't have the rooms cleaned. So we had to wait 30 mins. Upon entering the room it was very clean. We noticed the room didn't have any towels. I called the front desk and they provided them for us. Next day they clean we our room but yet again they didn't provided towels. When I went to request for some they said they had a towel shortage and they will get us new ones in the morning. Very inconvenient for us. As we had to get up early for work. There was also a lot of homeless people around and coming into the area of the hotel. For the price of the hotel we could have stayed somewhere else.

We just arrived on day one and no towels in the room, no towels in the pool area, closet door does not open properly, our key card is not working (even though you try to put the key in the slot slow) and the hot tub is not working properly. Best Western needs to review this location before others complain ASAP!
