Very pleasant experience. Staff were very friendly and check-in was speedy. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Free parking. Near mall and many dining options a short drive away.

We were tired and the next door occupant was loud and speaking obscenities and then the put on loud music and singing. It went on quite a while so we called the desk and they sent someone up and made them stop. What ever they did, it worked and we were in peace the rest of the night. Thank you

Great manager and staff!! I was towing a boat and needed to drop it off while I went to San Mateo for a work issue. They not only allowed me to "check-in" early and leave my boat in the parking lot, they also provided access to an outside outlet for my use to charge my boat batteries. Aside from the great overall hospitality, the parking lot, room, and breakfast areas were clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and prompt for all needs

Access to the property is confusing. The hotel is very clean, updated, and the staff is friendly. The property is very close to a freeway and the noise was disturbing. The rooms could benefit from dual- pane windows.

Although in a sketchy part of town, the hotel is awesome! Clean, renovated, greats staff and amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Clean tables, good food, good choices. One of my favorites in recent history for me. Not the best area around the hotel, but some pretty decent eats closeby- In-n-out, greaspit diner, fish and chips place, asian food, etc.

Disappointed
I was disappointed when we drove up it was hard to find entrance . The building looked old unlike any Holiday Inn we have stayed in before. The inside looked like a renovated hotel. The reservation desk area was odd looking. The ceilings had drywall patch work from either leaks or damage. We were on 3rd floor it was hot so opened windows which didnt work well. Its next to freeway so it was loud. The bed was not comfortable more on the hard side , that was a first for HI. I didnt have breakfast but it looked like there normal stuff. I was shocked when I got the Bill , it was 20$ more then I remembered booking for so still need to find out why, not sure who's fault that was just make sure you check your reservations after you book and bring that information with you.

nice place
nice quiet room, and it was clean. breakfast was good too. the entrance to the place is a little tricky to see and also has quite a jarring bump into it. But convenient to the highway for travel.
