"Apt is owned by the family who lives upstairs, of whom are all very pleasant. This apt included a kitchenette, full bathroom, and living space setup in a studio style. "Beautiful large apartment, excellent for the price. Amazing views over the port. Clean with excellent facilities. Lots of steps/hills as in most places in Dubrovnik. Mostly self check-in but lots of information within the apartment. Easy to get to the bus station (15 mins) and Old Town (40 mins). Very peaceful for us. "The apartment was clean and with all necessary accessories. But the best thing about our stay was the owner. We made reservation late, about 10 PM and when we called at 10:30 same day, she has already prepared our room. Owner let us park in driveway so car was of the street. Next day she left glasses with vine and some cherries on our outside table!!!!! She gave us maps of Dubrovnik and some very useful suggestions where to go. AMAZING."

Bus stop right outside take you directly to old town. we were there in off season so could not enjoy the beach but it looked really nice . V level was definitely worth it . The breakfast buffet was wonderful .
