The staff were absolutely lovely - so friendly, helpful and they made it seem like we weren't in a budget motorway hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was just right which is rare. Plus it was half the price of other budget chains. Obviously no onsite new but made to look old ...

Apartment was lovely and roomy, sofa bed is massive and the best quality I've seen. The whole place was spotless upon arrival. Staff were really friendly and facilities are excellent there is so much for kids and families .We will definitely be back to stay again.

Stone, the town, was a little disappointing. Not a great variety of shops and it looked very run down.

We stayed on a hot weekend and the room was boiling with only a tiny window. Could have done with a fan. Also room booking says 1 double bed and that was definitely not a double bed, really small for two people. The hotel was nice and staff friendly
