I've stayed in a lot of good quality hotels in New York,but this one was a bit different. My stay felt very safe and personable, I had everything I needed, and if I didn't I had the front desk to always guide me through any questions I had. Very clean rooms, and such an amazing surrounding area with lots of options for food

Checking in was quick and easy! I am happy that my room was ready early at 11:30am for a holiday weekend! The hallways when you get off the elevators to the room does smell moldy and looks outdated and my room was super tiny even inside the shower tub area but I was only there for a few days so didn’t really matter too much as long as everything was clean that’s what mattered the most. They do offer free wifi which is nice and offer a free $35 credit to use at bar or breakfast each day which I used at the bar but they do charge a 18% service charge not sure if that’s the tip included or not? Just be prepared to pay $30 per day for like a resort fee or whatever they called it but they do let you know upfront when checking in at front desk. I do like the location of it being in midtown close to everything I wanna see and do. I was worried after reading the most recent bad reviews that it was gonna be an extremely horrible stay but it wasn’t as bad as everyone says it was but it wasn’t the best either.
