"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When I arrived, I immediately noticed a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unclean. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working, and my assigned room was on the fourth floor completely unreasonable given the circumstances. There were also groups of men lingering outside late at night, which made me feel unsafe. The overall condition of the hotel appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Because of these issues, I chose not to stay and requested a refund. Unfortunately, I was told that nothing could be done, which was extremely frustrating. I had no choice but to book another hotel elsewhere at my own expense. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, especially due to the lack of basic maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. "

"I have stay here a couple of times, and this stay was great, on day of check in the host was great, he had fresh baked cookies for me and checkin was pleasant. The day of check out host was pleasant no issues w/my return deposit this time. But, the pool hours need to change for the adults, a late lap in pool would've been nice, fix the ice machines, provide more luggage carts, covers for the pull out beds, add a welcome package inside the guest rooms."

"My concern was with the cleanliness of the facility. The carpet need cleaning and replacing in the room I occupied and 2 bugs were found in one of the beds in my room. The staff was notified but there was only 1 staff member on hand and when I requested bedding change, I was told that I could get additional bedding but would have to change the bedding myself, which I did. This room was rented for out of town guests due to a funeral being attended and I chose this hotel from the reviews that I read. I was not satisfied with the accommodation. It also had a light smell of marijuana in the lobby and hall areas."

"There was no breakfast and no coffee pot. Bed was hard! On check out morning at 6:30 I was watching tv and it’s like they cut the box off and check out was at 11. "

"Too much people traffic police were on site so neighborhood is kind of sketchy. But for the most part day was OK."
