"I booked thru Hotels.com a standard room no smoking 1 queen bed and I have a service dog. exactly what the picture showed. when we got there I had to pay $15 more because I had to take a room with 2 beds because they didn't have the room in the picture."

"The water was cold in all three rooms we booked. No one came in to replace or clean the bathrooms, and they didn’t have any toilet paper available, so we had to go to Walmart to buy some. The card keys were terrible and a struggle to open the doors every single time. Additionally, the rooms smelled like urine. "

"Property was pet friendly and there were no laundry vending machines to buy soap or softener near the actual washer and dryer nor a change machine. I had to request maid service as they did not come on the day after check in. I was given the option of a full clean or just towel service which I personally like since I don't always feel like I need a full clean each day. Over all the room was nice it was clean, the water in the shower was hot which is a big plus and the staff was friendly. Many ammenities near by. "
