"The check in staff were warm and inviting. Very helpful in finding a place to go grab dinner in town. Cookies on the night stand sold me. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were modern and clean."

Wife discovered disgusting mess as she went to unfold the sheets. We got our money back and had no place to stay at midnight. No way we would stay at a place that would put guests in such awful conditions. We have pictures. I want a refund for the clean Holiday Inn I booked at midnight. Expedia booked it they need to stand behind it. "
