"The room was exactly as described. Front desk was extremely polite and professional… management, not so much. We needed to borrow a pen, the manager was down the hall and he told us to ask the cleaning attendant in the room next to us. When we tried to ask her we realized there was an extreme language barrier and she didn’t understand. I turned around to explain she didn’t speak English if he could help us, that’s when things drastically changed. The manager proceeded to yell at us about how “you lazy Americans don’t want to work, I hire foreigners because they work!” This made my jaw drop, my husband ushered the kids back into the room as the manager and myself went back and forth about right and wrong. All of this because we told him she didn’t understand us. Baffling.
Pool was so foggy you couldn’t see if you feet standing in the shallow end. The pool room also had hot air being pumped inside during summer months, so was very hard to handle more than 10 minute intervals in the pool.
Besides our encounter with management, things were great.. because of him we won’t be back to this location though."
